  • Check-in is possible from 1:00 PM, check-out until 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request.

  • Breakfast is included with certain room bookings. Please check your confirmation for specific details.

  • Yes, we offer our guests parking spaces directly at the house. However, we have a limited parking and available at come first serve basis.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in our rooms

  • We kindly request a deposit to secure your reservation. This helps us confirm your booking and ensure everything is prepared for your arrival.

  • Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all public areas and in the rooms.

  • Cancellations or changes are free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. After that, we charge a fee equivalent to one night's stay. Different conditions may apply to special rates.

  • We are pleased to serve breakfast daily within the following hours:
    • Summer (March to November): 7:00 – 10:00
    • Winter (December 1 to February end): 7:30 – 10:30
    Kindly note that breakfast is not buffet style and is available only during these times.

  • We take pride in serving wholesome vegetarian meals. For guests who enjoy egg-based dishes from the menu, we are happy to prepare them on request.

  • Heating is not included in the standard tariff. Guests may opt for a heater at an additional daily charge, as per our property policy. The applicable charges are clearly communicated at the time of request to ensure transparency.

  • Yes, we provide complimentary bottled water in all rooms, filled from our in‑house RO purification system. This ensures safe, clean, and eco‑friendly drinking water during your stay. Additional bottles can be arranged on request. Packaged drinking water can be ordered from the menu.

  • Our team is delighted to serve you from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM each day. These dedicated hours help us ensure every request is handled with care and attention. This helps us maintain quality service and staff care.
